Responsibilities:

Having an understanding for proper cleanliness, sanitation and safety.
Greet members with a smile and make them feel that they are Special.
Present menus and help members to select food/beverages
Take and serve orders.
Answer questions or make recommendations.
Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
Issue checks and accept payment.

Skills:

2 Years Service experience helpful.
Hands-on experience with customer satisfaction.
Attention to detail.
Patience and customer-oriented approach.
Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
Responsible and trustworthy.
High school diploma is required.
Indiana Liquor license is required or application in progress.
